The corporate card
The corporate card includes two parts for businesses:
One night events and personal cards.
1st part, your events : With the corporate card, all your one night events will be covered during the two years membership. Compared to the one night event you can have an unlimited number of people to your events and you will have drivers on call to cover your: meetings, business dinners, golf tournaments and Christmas parties, etc. Everyone present at the event will be able to benefit of the service without being a member.
Calling procedure for an event
When you call for a driver, mention the name of the company, give your name and the user's name if this is not for you and the phone number to join you. Following your call, a team of 2 drivers will be dispatched to your location within 30 minutes or more depending on how busy we are. A more accurate time can be given when calling at 514.953.0008. At the drivers arrival, the client has 15 minutes to get ready to go. If the client is not ready on time he will be advised that the waiting time fee is $45/hour, besides the price for the transport. N.B. Fees will be applied for any unnecessary movements.
There are always fees for the transports
The fee depends on the distance you travel. The amount can be mentionned when calling, by mentioning the starting point and the final destination. Additional fees could apply for any detours or to drop off someone else. N.B. Tips are always greatly appreciated by the drivers. On request, a receipt can be sent to you by mail, fax or Email.
Method of payments for the transports
1st : The fee is payable directly to the drivers in cash.
2nd : Billing is available, according to the permissions that you have provided to us for the event. N.B. Additional fees of 15% apply for the billing.
3rd : Prepaid rides in the form of gift certificates are available. Each gift certificate is worth $8.00 and has no expiration date. If you buy for $320.00 or more in gift certificates, we can manage them for you and pay for users. The remaining gift certificates will be mailed to you after the event.
Team of 2 drivers waiting on the site
It is also possible to have a team of 2 drivers waiting on the site. A $45.00 fee per hour for a minimum of 3 hours will be charged. If the event is outside of Montreal, provide the roundtrip of the team in the 3 hours. The team is yours and will be back after each ride. The price of rides is still extra. You must complete the membership form to inform us of your next event. It is essential that we receive those forms 7 days before the event so that we can prepare the best service possible.
Hostess on site with the Alco-Detecte
The hostess will manage the Alco-Detecte and all users of the designated drivers service, tests are FREE and UNLIMITED, a straw is provided to each user. The Alco-Detecte is a reliable available in many Licensed Establishments and at Corporate Events. The instructions are easy with visual and audible instructions. The Alco-Detecte is compact and easily installed on a table at a Corporate Event. The rate for the hostess on the site with the Alco-Detecte is $488.00 for a period of 6 hours.
Disposable breathalyzers
The alcohol test is a chemical disposable breathalyzer. A balloon is inflated and deflated through a tube containing the reactant. The reactant is yellow crystals, who reacts with the alcohol content in the expired air by turning green. Disposable breathalyzers are $4.00 each.
Publicity on our services :
To inform your guests of the service offered during your events, we will furnish with no charges, wall posters and business cards to put on tables.
2nd part, personal cards : The corporate membership includes 15 personal cards which you can offer to the people of your choice. These cards can be personalized if you authorize the billing of the rides or be under the name of your company. All the cards have different membership numbers.
The 15 personal membership cards are valid for the transports of the card holder, as well as the persons who are in the same vehicle as him, and more:
- And more : The personal card that is related to a Corporate membership card is transferable: You can provide the service to customers and guests who accompany you, without them being members. They only have to pay for their transport or billing is available depending the authorization of your business.
