The alcohol test is a chemical breath test for single use. It consists of a balloon that is inflated and deflated through a tube containing the reagent. The reagent consists of yellow crystals which react with the alcohol content in expired air turns green.

- Wait at least 10 minutes after consuming alcohol.
- Remove the reaction tube of the balloon.
- Push the two ends of the tube by pressing strongly.
- Inflate the balloon completely.
- Connect the tube on the balloon, inserted at the bottom of the blue tube into the tip of the blue balloon.
- Empty completely the balloon through the reagent tube in about 12 seconds.
- Wait two minutes to interpret the results.
- In the presence of alcohol, the crystals of the reagent tube are stained green. If the green color reaches or exceeds the central feature, the alcohol test is positive.
